Ingredients

35 minutes
  • (For gulab jamun):-
  • 1 cupkhoya, crumbled
  • 1/2 cuppaneer, crumbled
  • 1 tbspall purpose flour (maida)
  • 1-2 tspRose water
  • 2 cupsugar
  • 1.5 cupwater
  • 1-2 tspRose water
  • Few almond and cashews for Garnishing (halves)

Steps

35 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a plate add khoya and paneer mix well knead nicely.

  2. 2

    Add all purpose flour, rose water make a dough. Make small balls then deep fry.

  3. 3

    Drain out and keep aside.

  4. 4

    Take a pan add water and sugar, rose water, cook till 2 strings form.

  5. 5

    Add the gulab jamuns into the sugar syrup for 1-2 hour.

  6. 6

    Garnish with almond and cashews Serve.. warm or chilled.
