Take a plate add khoya and paneer mix well knead nicely.

Add all purpose flour, rose water make a dough. Make small balls then deep fry.

Drain out and keep aside.

Take a pan add water and sugar, rose water, cook till 2 strings form.

Add the gulab jamuns into the sugar syrup for 1-2 hour.

Garnish with almond and cashews Serve.. warm or chilled.
