Ingredients

per 2 persone
  1. 4patate medie
  2. 200 grdi Philadelphia light
  3. 3 grdi aglio in polvere(2 spicchi)
  4. 3 grdi rosmarino
  5. Olio q.b
  6. 70 grdi pangrattato (variabile)
  7. 2cucchiaini di miele
  8. 150 mldi latte

Steps

    Come prima cosa pulire e sbucciare le patate

  2. 2

    Tagliarle in quadratini piccoli(più sono piccoli più risulteranno morbidi e croccanti). Intanto far bollire l' acqua. Portata a bollore mettere i qubetti di patate a bollire per 5 min circa.

  3. 3

    Tirare fuori le patate e metterle in una ciotola con il pangrattato e mischiarle(per una resa croccante). Metterle in una teglia oliata con il miele e le varie spezie. in forno per 20\25 min.

    Nel frattempo che le patate si cuociono mettere in un pentolino la Philadelphia e 150 ml di latte e mescolare fino a consistenza voluta

  5. 5

    Servire con un coppapasta con all'interno la base di formaggio e sopra le patate col miele come tocco finale.

mi piace cucinare dolce e salato sperimentando varie ricette cercando che siano a basso contenuto calorico.per ogni dubbio su qualche ricetta sono a disposizione (per variazioni).Ho iniziato da poco infatti sto cercando un continuo miglioramento.
