  1. 2 cupwheat flour or ATTA
  2. 1 cupgramflour
  3. 1 cupragi flour
  4. 1 cupfinely grated cauliflower
  5. 1 cupfinely grated carrots
  6. 1 cuppeas
  7. 1 cupfinally grated radish
  8. 2-3green chilli grated
  9. 3boiled potatoes mashed
  10. 1 cupleftover daal any
  11. 1 cupboiled CHICKPEAS
  12. 1 cupgrated onion
  13. 1 inchginger grated
  14. 5 tablespoonsghee
  15. 2 tablespoonsrock salt
  16. 2 tablespoonsred chili powder
  17. 1 tablespoonsturmeric
  18. 2 tablespoonsgaram masala
  19. 2 tablespoonscumin seeds
  20. 4 tablespoonscarom seeds
  21. 2 tablespoonschaat masala
  22. 2 tablespoonscoriander powder
  23. 2 tablespoonscurry leaves
  24. 2 tablespoonskasoori methi

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients well and patiently make a smooth dough by taking small amounts of water

  2. 2

    In the end grease the dough with hands and let it rest for atleast 30 minutes.i did it for 4 to 5 hours

  3. 3

    Make small tortillas like paranthas and enjoy

  4. 4
