Transfer kaju in a grinder &;grind it on pulse mode. Make a fine kaju powder.

Boil milk in a nonstick pan, stir continuously, add sugar, add milk powder slowly and stir continuously.

Add baking soda. Low the flame and mango pulp slowly, give it a good mix.

Add green cardamom powder, mix it well, then add kaju powder, stir continuously.

Cook till dry or till oil release on medium to high flame. Switch off flame. Add chopped pista in it, mix well.

Place butter paper on plate grease it, transfer mixture on it, spread evenly with stapula. Keep aside for 20 minutes.

Apply silver vark on it. Cut it in diagonal shape.

Mango Kaju Katli is ready to serve.

Store it in airtight container in freeze for 10 days
