Steps

Keep noodles on boil with water and salt

In a wok but three tablespoon of oil and keep on flame

Then add garlic, ginger, green chillies and onions stir fry

Add veggies starting with carrots, stirfry then add the rest except green spring onions, do not cook just toss
- 5
Add sauces, chilli powder and sprinkle salt and both peppers
- 6
Strain noodles and add to the mixture toss it well
- 7
Add greens of spring onions, toss and pour in a bowl or casserole, serve as you make them
- 8
NB: can keep sauce ready and boil noodles too, then when serving can just wash once the noodles on running tap and strain them use
