Ingredients

Serves 2-3 people
  1. Pizza Dough
  2. 2 cupsself-raising flour
  3. 1 teaspoonsalt
  4. 2 teaspoonsgarlic powder
  5. 1/2 cupwarm water
  6. 1 tablespoonolive oil
  7. Pizza Topping
  8. Olive Oil / Melted Butter
  9. Tomato Puree
  10. Ham
  11. Pineapple
  12. Mozzarella & Cheddar Cheese
  13. Mixed Herbs
  14. Parsley

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the dry items then add in the water and oil. Knead into a dough ball and let it rest for 20mins.

    Stretch-roll the dough ball into a pizza base with preferred shape and thickness. Brush olive oil / melted butter onto the pizza base.

    Add tomato puree and toppings.

  4. 4

    Pop pizza into a preheated oven of 150°C for 15-20mins.
