Steps

Wash, peel and chop all the vegetables.

In a grinder add tomatoes, green chilli and garlic cloves make a fine paste.

Heat oil in a Kadhai, take onion fry medium flame for 1 minutes put capsicum fry once again medium flame take both in a plate.

In the same oil put cumin seeds, asafoetida let them crackle them, put tomatoes and chilli paste and cook it tiil the oil leaves the side of the kadhai.

Put all spices and some water mix well, cook few seconds add salt, stir, put fry onions and capsicum mix well, add some water put in Kadhai mix well, cover and cook in low flame 2 or3 minute, open the lid and cook till the vegetables turn soft and oil the leaves the side add cream mix well, cook once again 1 minute on high flame.

Of flame, sahi onion chilli is ready, served with chapati, paratha, puri and rice etc.
