Ingredients

  1. 4 tbspsemolina (suji)
  2. 3 tspghee
  3. To tastesugar
  4. 1 cupwater
  5. As required almonds and other dry fruits as choice

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add ghee, semolina and roast it and stir continuously till golden brown.

  2. 2

    Now add water and cook it for 1-2 mints.Now add sugar and mix it and turn off the flame.

  3. 3

    Now semolina halwa is ready to serve. Garnishing with almonds.
