Steps

Take mangoes(kheri)....Wash them properly

Peel them and Cut them into slices

Now take a pan.....Add sliced mangoes and Stir them properly for 2 minutes

Now add fennel seeds into them

Now add salt

Now add red chilli powder

Mix all them nicely and cook them for 2 minutes

Now add Crushed jaggery (GUR) and mix them well

Now Cook them till mangoes becomes soft and Jaggery melts...Cook them for 30-40 minutes till the gravy becomes thick and mangoes becomes soft and aromatic

At this point, Turn off the flame and Meethi mango Chutne ki ready

Take a bowl...Sprinkle black pepper over them...Add the mixture into bowl and Serve
