In a sufuria, put oil 2spoon and onions, in a low heat, keep stirring to prevent burning, add garlic, ginger and stir for Atleast 3 min in low heat

Add potatoes and tomatoes, and allow them to cook for about 10min,,,add a half cup of water to cook potatoes,,

Add now githeri, allow it to cook for 5min add, salt to taste, and add soup to avoid it drying... Let it cook persely.. Serve with ovacando while hot
