Mango Dryfruits Pan Cake

Boil the 2 cups milk and make it 1 cup. Grind 1 chopped mango.

Take a bowl add grinded mango, 1cup milk, 1 cup maida, 5 tbsp sugar and mix all together. Add the chopped dryfruits and 1 tbsp coconut powder. Mix all together. Leave for 10 minutes.

Take a tawa/ pan, grease the butter/ghee and put the batter and start making a pan cake. Toast it both sides. Mango pancake is ready to serve.
