1 cupbesan
1 cupsugar
1/2 cupwater
3 teaspoonhot oil
1 teaspooneliachi powder and kesar string

In a bowl mix besan hot oil and water mix it well make a paste.. in pan heat up oil and make bondi

In a pan add sugar and water and mix it well till it thick and turn off flame before it makes first string eliachi and kesar

In bowl add sugar syrup into bondi and mix it well ready to serve
