Take a pan and do 1kg milk hot. Take another pan and do other 1 kg milk in it and still it slowly and take a boil. Take lemon juice in one bowl and mix water in it. When milk gets booked then add lemon into it while continuously stirring. When milk is completely turned(fat jaye),take a strainer put a cloth on it and strain the turned milk. Meanwhile the milk in the first pan should also be continuously stirring. Then wash paneer 3-4 times. Mix paneer into the milk of first pan and mix it.
