Ingredients

  • 1 packetgits gulab jamun powder
  • 1 glasslukewarm Milk
  • As neededGhee for fry
  • 1 cupbatase
  • For sugar syrup
  • 1 bowlwater
  • 1 bowlsugar
  • 2 pinchsaffron Strands
  • 1/2 tspCardamom powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a pan add water and sugar mix proper and cook until 1 string sugar syrup is not ready,if they ready add kesar and cardamom powder and mix or keep a aside

  2. 2

    Take bowl add gits powder add milk knead a smoith dough ready a ball this dough and fil batasha in this ball

    Fry this ball in medium low flame until the ball colour brown

    After add this ball in sugar syrup and leave minimum 3 to 4 hour after serve
