Muffin is a type of quick bread similar to cupcakes in shape and cooking methods but contains solid items mixed into better like berries and nuts that makes it crunchy from outside and spongy from inside and is more nutritious than cupcakes. It can be served in breakfast or high tea and is available in both sweet and savory variety. Take one bowl add wheat flour, backing powder, baking soda and pinch of salt in it and strain it through a sieve. Take one bowl add water and jiggery, heat them until jiggery dissolved fully in water. Add wet mixture in dry ingredients and whisk together for 10 minutes to make cake like batter. Keep it aside for rest

Meanwhile Pre heat your oven/cooker and grease muffin mold using oil. Pour batter in muffin mold and bake it for 7-10 minutes.

Your muffins are ready to serve.
