2 tbsp ghee
1/2 cupsugar
as neededwater

Heat a pan and add 1 spoon ghee

Now add wheat floor and fry it for 10 minutes upto become brown in colour

Add sugar in it and add 1 cup water add 1 spoon ghee and left it for 10 minutes. After that enjoy it.serve hot.
