Wash and peel the Mangoes.

Now very carefully cut thin slices.

Now grate cottage cheese and mix icing sugar and cardamom powder and some desiccated coconut.

Now take one slice and put some cheese and carefully roll it.

Accordingly roll all the slices.

Now take out in serving plate and garnish with tutifruiti and desiccated coconut.
