Here is all the ingredients

In a bowl mix sardine,green pepper,onion,seasoning,chilli powder,put in microwave for 2 minute

In another bowl crack eggs and add garlic powder,curry,salt mix and keep aside,heat butter on pan
- 4
Pour the egg mixture and put two slices bread on top,turn the other side
- 5
Fold each side and add the sardine mixture and fold it as u see it until brown
- 6
