Ingredients

  • 500 mlmilk
  • 2 tbspPink Custard powder
  • 1/2 cupSugar (or as per your taste)
  • Few chopped straberries
  • 1/3
  • cupfresh Cream

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a deep bottomed pan and pour milk + sugar and cook untill sugar dissolves.

  2. 2

    Mix Custard powder in 1/4 cup of milk properly and then add to the milk and whisk it well and cook for 4 to 5 mins by continuously stirring and turn off the flame

  3. 3

    Take serving bowls and put 1 to 2 tbsp of fresh cream in 1bowl and put some custard mixture and then put strwberry pieces then again put custard mix on top.similary make all the bowls.(I have make 3 bowls)

  4. 4

    Keep in refrigerator for 30 mins and serve chilled.
