3 cupsall-purpose flour
3 cupsgranulated sugar
1.5 cupscocoa powder
1 tbspbaking soda
1.5 tspbaking powder
4eggs
1.5 cupsbuttermilk
1.5 cupswarm water
1/2 cupvegetable oil
vanilla extract

Pre-heat oven 180 degC.

Mix well all dry ingredients; flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder then add eggs, buttermilk, water, oil and vanilla. Whisk on medium speed until well combined.

Bake in a 180 degC for about 20 minutes.

Let it cool completely then decorate cupcakes & cake as you wish. Enjoy!
