Banana pancake

In a bowl mash the ripe banana with the fork until only small chunks remain. Add the milk,vanilla extract and oil and mix until combined.

In a medium bowl whisk together the all-purpose flour,wheat flour, powderd Sugar,baking powder and salt.

Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until combined. Rest for 5 minutes.

Preheat a pan over medium heat. Spoon the pancake batter onto the hot pan by 1 big spoon or 1/4 cup scoop.cook 3-4 minutes or until bubbles forms over the surface of the pancake. Then flip and cook it for another 2-3 minutes.

Remove from heat and keep it in a plate. Make all pancakes like this method. Serve hot with honey and chopped almonds.
