Ingredients

  1. 200 gBengal gram Dhall (2 hours soak in water)
  2. 10green chilli
  3. 1/2 inchginger
  4. 6no garlic flakes
  5. 1onion finely chopped
  6. 1 cupplantain flower (clean well and very finely chopped and wash with turmeric water)
  7. 1 tablespoonfennel seeds
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. Mint leaves,coriander leaves,curry leaves (finely chopped be cup)

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind Dhall with ginger garlic green chilli into coase(strain water from Dhall)

  2. 2

    Then add fennel seeds onion salt cup of leaves,mix together and make dough

  3. 3

    Take a pan add oil once get heat make vada and fry it in oil,once turns crispy,serve it hot
