Steps

Cut the fillet into 1 inch cubes and marinate with 1 tbls soy sauce, 1 tbls garlic and 1/2 of ginger paste. Allow to rest for atleast 30 minutes

In a wok over medium high hear, add the sesame seed oil and brown the beef cubes on either side (cooking each side for 1-2 minutes)

Add the remainder of the soy sauce and honey and mix to combine. Cook for a further 5 minutes.

Reduce heat to medium low. Using a slotted spoon, remove the beef cubes from the wok and let it rest on a plate

Add the corn flour to the cold water until it dissolves, then add the corn flour mixture to the wok and stir until the sauce thickens.

Add in the beef cubes and stir to mix. Mix in the chilli flakes and stir to combine.

Turn heat off, plate the beef bites and garnish with sesame seed and green onions.

This can be served with plain white rice or with a side of grilled potatoes
