Mango stuffed bread rasmalai

First of all take 1/2 litre of milk and bring to boil and stir it in low flame add kesar and elachi powder in it.

Take bread slices and cut into round shape through glasses. Remaining outer bread is used to be bread crumbs.

Take 1 mango pulp and add 2tbsp milk powder and 2 tbsp sugar in it. Take pan and add mango pulp in it. Stir it untill it leaves pan and beacame thick

In boiling milk add 3 tbsp of bread crumbs and sugar. It became thick consistency.

Take a round bread 1 tbsp of mango pulp in it. Add some chopped dryfruits in it. Then outer bread is too be wet through some water. Then another bread is cover on it. Press with wet hands.

Same process is repeated for all rasmalai.

After cooled down rabri add bread rasmalai in it. And freeze it for 2-3 hours. And enjoy tasty tasty rabri.
