  • Cooked beans, to taste
  • Longaniza sausage or chorizo, to taste
  • Shredded Manchego cheese, to taste
  • 1/4 cupchopped onion (about 40 grams)
  • as neededOil or lard,

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Fry the longaniza sausage and set aside.

  2. 2

    In a separate pan, fry the onion, then add the beans. Mash the beans, then add the longaniza.
