Ingredients

Cooked beans, to taste
Longaniza sausage or chorizo, to taste
Shredded Manchego cheese, to taste
1/4 cupchopped onion (about 40 grams)
as neededOil or lard,

Fry the longaniza sausage and set aside.

In a separate pan, fry the onion, then add the beans. Mash the beans, then add the longaniza.

Add the cheese and mix well. Simple and quick.
