Steps

Peeled the mango,&cut it pieces. Heat a pan add oil put asafoetida, kalonji,methi seeds & curry leaves crackle for a while.

Now put mango &all spices mix it well stir continuously 2-3 mints. Now add Jaggery mix it well &stir countinuously till the jaggery melted.Cooked it till the aachar becomes thick.

Aam ki khatimeethi aachar is ready. Cool it & preserve it a glass bottle.
