Soak the rajma and chana daal for about 6-8 hours.

Boil them completely adding a pinch of baking soda, salt and 1tbsp g&g paste.

Blend the mixture properly.

In a pan dry roast all the dry spices and make a powder of them.

Take a bowl add the rajma and chana daal mixture add 1tbsp g& g paste add dry spice mix 1 tbsp and 1-2 tbsp roasted gram flour powder.

Make a pattie shape ball and shallow fry them.

Serve them with the mint chutney and some parathas.
