Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 cuprajma
  2. 1/3 cupchana daal
  3. 2whole garlic pods
  4. 1 tspGinger
  5. 8-10black pepper corns
  6. 5-7cloves
  7. 1 inchCinnamon stick
  8. 1 tbspcumin seeds
  9. 1/2 tbspfennel seeds
  10. 2-3whole red chillies
  11. 1 tsproasted Gram flour
  12. as per tasteSalt
  13. Pinchbaking soda

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the rajma and chana daal for about 6-8 hours.

  2. 2

    Boil them completely adding a pinch of baking soda, salt and 1tbsp g&g paste.

  3. 3

    Blend the mixture properly.

  4. 4

    In a pan dry roast all the dry spices and make a powder of them.

  5. 5

    Take a bowl add the rajma and chana daal mixture add 1tbsp g& g paste add dry spice mix 1 tbsp and 1-2 tbsp roasted gram flour powder.

  6. 6

    Make a pattie shape ball and shallow fry them.

  7. 7

    Serve them with the mint chutney and some parathas.
