Ingredients

15 to 20 min
6 servings
  • 1 cuppowdered peanut bars
  • Chopped green vegetable
  • 1 tbspLocusts Bean
  • 1 piecemedium size dried fish
  • 1cooking spoon of red oil
  • 1 tspnutmeg,
  • 1 tspginger powder,
  • 1 tbspdried chilli pepper
  • 1onion bulb
  • Seasoning to taste

  1. 1

    In a pot add two cups of water+ onions, locust bean, spices and seasoning and bring to boil. Then thicken your soup with the the grounded peanut according to the consistency you want. Allow to boil for like 5 min. Shredd the fish and add, allow for 2 min. Add the vegetables and red oil allow to simmer for couple of minutes then done. Serve with semolina, tuwon shinkafa or even white rice.
