Steps

Melt the jaggery and keep aside.. Soak the rice for half an hour..

Heat ghee in pressure cooker add the dry fruits slightly roast them..

Add the rice..

Now add the melted jaggery along with 3 n half cup of water..

Cover it and give one whistle and than low the flame and let it cook for more 5 minutes.. Let the pressure release itself.. Enjoy hot or served chilled with milk..
