Beetroot mint tricolour Idli

First take sooji in a bowl. Add dahi and water in it to make a smooth batter, add salt, kaju, eno and lemon juice.

Divide batter in three parts in three bowls in one bowl add beetroot puree, second bowl mint puree and third one remains as it is.

Put an idli cooker at low to medium flame. Grease idli stand with oil. First pour 1 spoon beetroot batter, then plain white, then mint batter.

Then put it in an idli cooker. Steam for 10 -15 mins. Take out them and serve with chutney and tea.
