Ingredients

9 pieces
  1. 500 gmsChickpea flour
  2. 1 small bowl grated gourd
  3. 2 tspChillo powder
  4. As per taste Salt
  5. 1 tsp Kasuri methi
  6. 1 pieceLemon
  7. 1 tsp Hing
  8. 1 tspCooking soda
  9. 1 small bowl Wheat flour
  10. Handful Coriander leaves
  11. As required Oil
  12. 2 tsp Black mustard seed
  13. As required Water
  14. 1 tsp white til

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a big bowl and add chickpea flour(besan), grated dudhi, chilli powder, salt, kasuri methi, lemon, hing, soda, wheat flour mix them make a dough.

  2. 2

    Make a small ball and roll it on our hand,steam the muthiya. After half an hour check it with knife if it doesn't stick on your knife muthiya is ready now cut it small pieces as you want.

    Take a pan on gas heat it add oil, mustard seed, white til then muthiya pieces fry them and serve it.
