Muthiya varieties are made by using coarse flour of wheat and leafy vegetables such as amaranth, Luni or grated bottle gourd or peel of bitter it's a Gujarati dish i tried it in my easy way .

Muthiya varieties are made by using coarse flour of wheat and leafy vegetables such as amaranth, Luni or grated bottle gourd or peel of bitter it's a Gujarati dish i tried it in my easy way .
Steps

Take a big bowl and add chickpea flour(besan), grated dudhi, chilli powder, salt, kasuri methi, lemon, hing, soda, wheat flour mix them make a dough.

Make a small ball and roll it on our hand,steam the muthiya. After half an hour check it with knife if it doesn't stick on your knife muthiya is ready now cut it small pieces as you want.

Take a pan on gas heat it add oil, mustard seed, white til then muthiya pieces fry them and serve it.
