Steps

Take 1 plate grease with ghee/oil.

Put a kadhai for heating 2 cup oil.

Put a kadhai/pan on flame, add 2 cup suagar, add 1½ cup water or just to cover sugar. Boil until reaches to one string consistency. Put the flame on low. Now add 1 cup besan slowly and keep mixing. No lumps should be there. Keep cooking until bubbles start coming and consistency starts becoming thicker.

Now starts adding hot ghee/oil with bigger spoon/karchul. After adding the bubbles will start. Keep adding oil slowly and keep stirring till it absorbs. After sometime oil will stop absorbing and oil leaves on sides.switch off flame.

Transfer immediately on greased pan/plate. After 2-3 ninutes cut into square shapes. Let it cool completely then separate in pieces and serve.
