Heat ghee in a kadai, add onion ginger garlic paste cook for 2 minutes, then add chopped tomatoes, salt to taste, turmeric powder, cook for 3 minutes, stir it continuously.

Then add oats cook 1 minutes, then add vegetables, chaana masala and water then transfer to the pressure cooker,

Then add coriander leaves and sugar, cover and cook for 1 whistle then release the gas. Serve hot.
