Steps

Marinate the clean fish with salt, turmeric and half lemon juice for half an hour.

Soak rice for 30 minutes. Grinnd with onion,garlic, curry leaves and ginger.

Mix rice paste and dry spices to the marinated fish and add half lemon juice.

Heat mustard oil in a pan and shallow fry fish pieces till crispy.

Serve with fries and green chutney.
