Sabhudana balls

Soak the sabudhana over night for 4 hours.

Boil the aloo and mash it.

Roast the peanuts in low flame and make a powder of it.

Cut the mirchi into small pieces. Add the cut mirchi peanut powder aloo and soaked sabudhana in a bowl.

Preheat the oil in a pan 15 min and then make balls of the mixture and pour into it.

Fry the balls for around 15 min your sabudana balls are ready to serve
