Coconut Besan Burfi

Put a Kadhai on flame, add ghee. once ghee is heat add 1 cup besan flour. Keep stirring till ghee separates the besan. Pour it in vessel.

Take a kadhai and dry fry the coconut powder for 2 minutes.

Take a kadhai, add ¾ cup of sugar, add ½ cup water and make a syrup of string consistency. Add the besan batter and mix. Add coconut powder, ½ tsp cardamom powder and mix. Add chopped dryfruits. Keep stirring till it start becoming dry.

Transfer the mixture in greased pan and garnish with dry fruits.

Keep it for cooling or referigerate for 15 minutes. Cut it into shapes. Besan coconut burfi is ready to serve.
