Cooking Instructions

In a sufuria with your chicken...put on heat..(my chicken had it's little natural fat)

Gently stir and add in your oil..stir gently till it starts to turn brownish...

Add in your garlic and ginger paste...at the bottom of your sufuria...let them cook till you start smelling that sweet aroma

Then add onions... sauteé them and add in chillies stir till it's well mixed in your chicken..

Then spread in your tomatoes..cover and let it cook for 5 minutes...

Stir welll..till it's well mixed and thick...

Add in salt and stir...then add in enough water for your stir(added 1 1/2)...

Stir and cover...let it cook for like 10 minutes till your stew starts turning thick... sprinkle your capsicum and coriander...simmer for 5 minutes and remove..

Serve with ugali..rice or chapos😋😋😋..
