Ingredients

  1. 500 gmchicken boneless
  2. 2 tbsptandoori masala
  3. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  4. 1 tbspchilli sauce
  5. 2 tbspvinegar
  6. 1 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1egg
  8. Bread crumbs as required
  9. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Cut chicken in cubes.

    Now marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, chilli sauce, red chilli powder, tandoori masala, vinegar.

    Leave it for about half an hour.

    Now put marinated chicken in skewers.

  5. 5

    Now Deep in beaten eggs and coat with bread crumbs.

    And shallow fry them in hot oil.
