Mix all dry ingredients

Add melted butter and mix

Knead the soft dough using warm milk

Leave it for an hour for first proofing

Punch down and knead to form a smooth dough

Make same sized balls and give desired shape

Put all shaped balls in a greased baking tray and leave for second proofing (20 minutes)

Do egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds(if you like)

Bake in preheated oven at 180 degree for 20 minutes or until desired colored acheived
