First mix all dry ingredients then add egg,yoghurt,and warm water to knead dough as required. As it become sticky spread 1/2cup maida.and knead it.Put oil on the dough to rest for one hour.

As after an hour it doubles then punch and knead again and make circle ⭕ with pinroller then make circles with the glass and center cut with cover of any bottle as shabbat ki.

Then deep fry preheat ghee. It will not oily don't worry keep circle ⭕ thick. Not much medium in size.as it will grow big in size normal golden and take it out.

Take all out and leave it to cool down.

Custard filling.2cup milk,6tbspon sugar,boil it and add custard 6tbspoon in half cup cold milk.and whisk in the boiled milk don't make thick custard cook it so taste of powder should not feel. Then after some time stain it.

Take a zip grip bag and put a nozzel and fill it with custard and then at the side of donuts push the nozzel in side and fill as it need from three sides of donuts then dip in chocolate

Chocolate ganache put all the ingredients and cook on low flame and add unsalted butter and then cook until thick then cool and dip donuts in and one sided will chocolate.

You can decor with any thing bunties or sprinkle. No one was to bring so,I could not do so.
