I looked around my kitchen and I feel like the best meal for the day is a sweet, pepperish meal and all I could find in my kitchen was sweet corn, spaghetti, egg and leftover red pepper... Am so I created dis beauty

Boil the spaghetti till 80% cooked

Grate the red pepper and onions

Fry the grated pepper add thyme,curry, salt,maggi cover the pot or pan and let it cook for a while

Mix in the spaghetti to the sauce and add the sweet corn simmer for some minute on low heat

Cook egg till hard boiled and top to serve your sweet corn spaghetti
