Clean the chicken and marinate with salt and turmeric. Take a pan heat oil fry onion till golden brown now add in tomatoes and fry a little

To the same pan add ginger garlic and Coriander and fry for few seconds, Switch off the flame. Let the mixture cool down.

Add the above mixture in the mixie jar, add cloves cinnamon, cardamom and sesame seed and make fine paste. Add water if required.

Now in a kadai, add oil. Once the oil is hot add in the paste and fry until oil oozes. Next add in kanda lasun chutney and Kashmiri chilli powder, mix well. Add Everest chicken masala powder.

Add in chicken. Add water as required. Cook well until the chicken becomes tender.
