Wash and complete dry the chicken pieces.

Marinate with curd, salt green chilli pste, ginger garlic paste, dhaniya powder and zeera powder and garam masala powder and keep for 2 hr

Then put them on the wodden skewer alternately with onion and capsicum.

Take oil 3 tbsp in pan and cook it

To give the effect of BBQ you can take some coal lightened into a kadai and keep the skewers over it and cook further and can serve hot as well. Full BBQ theme at home enjoy
