Ingredients

  • Cauliflower 1 small
  • Potato 3 medium
  • 1Onion
  • 1 tbspDry Methi
  • 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  • 2Green chilli
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1/2 tspRed chilli
  • tspCumin and coriander powder1 /2
  • 4 tbspCooking Oil

  1. 1

    Fry onion in pressure cooker, let it become golden brown, put ginger garlic paste fry it little then put all spices and vegetables, pour half glass of water and pressure it for only 3 mins.

    Open the lid and fry it, let the oil release then garnish it with green chilli and coriander.
