1 cupwheat flour
1 tspsalt
1 tsproasted jeera powder
1 tspblack pepper powder
2 tbspghee
As required Oil for frying

Steps

Take all ingredients and mix together. Knead a semi-soft dough.

Rest it for 1/2 hour. Now make small balls. Start rolling the balls in small puri"s. Roll all at one stretch.

Heat oil and deep fry in batches. Can be served with tea.
