A light healthy yet tasty kheer.. Flavoured with 🌹syrup. Once when I had mumps doctor suggested my mom to give sabudana cooked in milk and sugar, just with these ingredients. But nowadays can be made with variations.

A light healthy yet tasty kheer.. Flavoured with 🌹syrup. Once when I had mumps doctor suggested my mom to give sabudana cooked in milk and sugar, just with these ingredients. But nowadays can be made with variations.

Soak sabudana for a couple of hrs. Heat milk, allow it to boil.

Add sabudana to the milk and cook till transparent. Add cardamom powder. Add sugar, stir it continuously. Add rose syrup. Add rose essence, vanilla essence. Mix well.

Remove from gas, allow it to cool completely. Add chopped dry fruits.

Remove the kheer in serving cup bowls, garnish with chopped dry fruits and dried rose petals.
