Ingredients

  1. 9long tamarindo. Cleaned with shell removed
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 1 quartwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Put tamarind in a pot with water to boil till water turns brown at least 4min untill tamarind is soft

  2. 2

    Remove from heat add sugar to sweeten.

  3. 3

    Strain in a pitcher discard pulp and refrigerate

  4. 4

    Serve over ice and enjoy.
