    کیک کے لیئے انڈوں کی سفیدیاں بیٹ کر کے زردیاں ڈالکر بیٹ کریں کیسٹر شوگر ڈالکر بیٹ کریں ایسنس ڈالکر بیٹ کریں میدی فولڈ کریں آٹھ یا نو انچ کے اسپرنگ فوم پین کو گریسڈ اور فلارڈ کر کے اسمیں ڈالکر بیک کریں پندرہ منٹ 180 ڈگری سینٹی گریڈ پر

    فلنگ کے لیئے انڈوں کی ڈردیاں الگ کر کے اسمیں چینی ڈالکر دومنٹ ہلکی آنچ پر پکا لیں مسلسل وسک کرتے ہوئے

    سفیدیاں الگ سے اسٹفلی بیٹ کر کے رکھ لیں

  4. 4

    اب آدھے کپ مینگو جوس میں سے آدھا جوس لے کر اسمیں جیلیٹن بھگو کر رکھیں پھول جائے تو میلٹ کر لیں

  5. 5

    اب تمام اجزاء بیٹ کر کے آخر میں سفیدیاں فولڈ کر لیں

  6. 6

    اب جو باقی بچا ہوا مینگو جوس تھا اس سے پین میں ہی اسپنج کو سوک کریں اور ساری فلنگ اسپر ڈال دیں اور فریزر میں ایک گھنٹہ رکھیں

  7. 7

    ایک گھنٹے بعد فریزر سے نکال کر فرج میں رکھ دیں اور سرو کرتے وقت پین سے نکالیں
