Take a Saucepan add half cup milk with tea and sugar when it's simmering add remaining milk.

Bring to boil. Give boil two times. Then cover with lid and turn off flame.

After 2 Minutes. Turn on flame again for a minute then pour into cup.

Add Balai on top and serve. Tasty Dum doodh patti is ready to serve.
