Ingredients

15 minutes
2 person
  1. 1mango
  2. 1/2green capsicum (minced)
  3. 1/2red bellpaper (minced)
  4. 1small red onion (minced)
  5. 2 tbscilantro chopped
  6. 1 tspbutter
  7. 2 tsplemon juice
  8. 1 tspchaat masala optional

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Take mango.. peel off and diced it..

  2. 2

    Cut all vegetables in finely chopped shape like mince...

  3. 3

    Heat the grill and add butter.... now add mangoes...

  4. 4

    Now add all vegetables.., squeeze lemon juice....

  5. 5

    Now toss well until all is heated...

  6. 6

    Remove from grill and take out in a bowl...now sprinkle chaat masala on it..

  7. 7

    Grilled Mango salsa is ready.... Enjoy....
